As a 200HR Certified Yoga Teacher, I love sharing my love for the practice and medicine of yoga. As a Mynah School of Yoga graduate, I am expanding my community throughout Calgary. I practice both vinyasa and yin styles of yoga, the balance of movement and stillness grounds me in my body and allows my mind to expand.
